Robert & Cheryl Bradshaw

Robert E. Bradshaw began his military career in 1984 when he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving as both a Law Enforcement Specialist and Imagery Interpreter before separating in 1989. In 2001, he commissioned into the U.S. Navy Chaplain Candidate Program and began active duty in 2004.

Over the years, Robert has served as Battalion Chaplain with the 2nd Marine Division, Staff Chaplain in Japan, Command Chaplain for Naval Special Warfare Development Group with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, East Africa, and the Arabian Peninsula, and the first Command Chaplain for the Naval Special Warfare Center. He later deployed as Senior SOF Chaplain to Iraq and went on to serve as Deputy Director and Director of the Chaplain Directorate at the White House Military Office.

Cheryl and Robert live in Gainesville, FL. Married for 40 years, they led Cross The Divide’s first marriage retreat for SEAL/SWCC veterans and their spouses in 2025 at Protectors Peak in Idaho, and they look forward to hosting more in the future.
